By this form I wish to authorize counsel Mr. Salah Al-Elaj to represent my company in legal and administrative proceedings, in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait.
Fees are symbolic and split into three payments (according to the client’s need):
Advance payment KD 500

- Study of the ministerial decision
- Study of platform contracts and addenda
- Sending official notices
- Submitting union membership applications
- Filing a case for union membership
- Setting a minimum order value

If a case is needed regarding damages to delivery companies caused by Decision 109/2026 regulating platforms.

If a case is needed regarding damages to delivery companies caused by platform contracts (order value, batch, driver termination, contract termination, etc.), or if the app files cases against delivery companies because of contract termination.
If a bankruptcy case is needed
To avoid criminal consequences of non-payment (cheques, telecom contracts, leases, loans, etc.) due to distress, this is studied with each company separately.
If lawsuits are not needed, the second and third payments are not due. You continue to benefit from legal consultations and notices, official applications to join the Delivery Companies Union, and filing cases if there is no response within the legal period.

The applicant confirms that the entered data and attached commercial extract are accurate and up to date, and accepts responsibility for any inaccurate information.
The commercial registry extract is used to read the license number. If the company is already on file we fill the details automatically; otherwise we ask for civil ID, license, and signature authorization uploads.
Address is entered in parts (governorate, area, block, street, house) with a phone number, and is not taken automatically from the extract.
The committee may store and review the request and attachments, and issue a roster of authorized companies when needed.
