Representation, coordination, and day-to-day follow-up

Representing companies

We represent local delivery company owners before the competent authorities, and convey the upsides, downsides, and impact of decisions on delivery operations.

Ministerial meetings

We meet officials from the relevant ministries to explain operational reality and present field studies to improve the work environment.

Circulars and decisions

We monitor laws, decisions, and circulars and share what the sector needs so companies stay compliant and avoid sudden violations.

Sharing experience

The committee channel is a space to exchange information, experience, announcements, and the latest updates among delivery company owners.

Current decision

More than 750 companies are grieving ministerial decision 109 / 2026

The decision regulates platforms and delivery fees, but the committee believes it was issued without adequately involving delivery companies — the party that bears most of the operating burden.
